Our fees

Clear and transparent

No upfront costs

We do not charge anything upfront: submitting a claim is free. We work on a "no win, no fee" basis and only get paid if our clients get paid. In order to secure compensation from the airline, ClaimCompass checks if the claim is eligible, compiles all documents to file the claim to the airline, tries to reach an out-of-court settlement and, in certain cases, escalates the claim to other institutions. If the claim is successful, we keep a 35% commission (incl. VAT). If none of these measures lead to success, ClaimCompass will initiate legal actions - filing the claim to a court, or handing over the claim to a contracted legal representative, such as an attorney or law firm. In the event that legal action is undertaken and the compensation is paid, ClaimCompass charges a 15% Legal action commission (incl. VAT) to cover the additional costs of the legal action.

Flight cancellation

Flight cancellations occur for various reasons. If your flight has been cancelled within 14 days prior to departure, even if you have been notified ahead of time, you may still be entitled to compensation from the airline.?

Denied boarding

It has become common practice for airlines to overbook flights, i.e. sell more seats than there actually are available on the flight. In these cases, even if you were offered alternative means of transportation, you may still be entitled to compensation!.

How much should I expect to receive in compensation?

You can check how much you are entitled to for free by filling out your flight details in our Compensation Calculator. Submit the claim and we'll take care of the rest for you.
