Do I have to pay more if you go to court with my case?

In the event that Legal Action is undertaken and the compensation is paid, ClaimCompass charges the Legal action commission, equal to 15% (incl. VAT) of the total compensation amount, in addition to the ClaimCompass commission, equal to 35% (incl. VAT) of the total Compensation amount, to cover the additional costs of the Legal action. ClaimCompass does not charge a ClaimCompass commission, a Legal action commission or any other service fees if the claim is unsuccessful.

Are there any fees?

For assistance with monetary compensation for disrupted flights, you do not have to pay any upfront fees to use our services. Submitting a claim is absolutely free.

We only get paid if you get paid: if we manage to secure your compensation from the airline, we receive a commission equivalent to 35% of the compensation amount, which includes VAT. 

Because we operate on a “no win, no fee” basis, you do not owe us anything in case you’re not entitled to compensation. 

For assistance with ticket refund claims, we charge an upfront fee of €19.99 that you may opt in to pay when submitting a ticket refund claim.

What does “no win, no fee” mean?

ClaimCompass operates on a “no win, no fee” basis. It means that we only get paid if you get paid. If we are unable to secure your compensation, you do not owe us anything. 

This may happen if it turns out that you are not eligible to compensation under EU Regulation 261/2004.
