The ClaimCompass mission is to help passengers get a better travel experience, by getting them the compensation they deserve for their flight disruptions. We do this by enabling them to submit claims via our online platform.

Claims Manager Briefing

As an integral part of our Operations Team, you will be acting in the capacity of a Claims Manager. Some of your mission objectives include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing, processing and filing new claims
  • Updating and following-up on ongoing claims
  • Communicating with airlines (mostly via Email, sometimes over the phone)
  • Closing as many successful claims as possible

You may be wondering what are the requirements for a special-ops position like this?

Well, we will definitely give you a call if you

  • take ownership of your work and feel like there’s nothing more important than the success of the mission
  • pay close attention to detail and you are a problem-solver
  • are familiar with basic technological applications
  • fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
