The Claim Management team is an integral part of our company. Your dedication will have a direct impact on the growth and performance of the company. As a Claim Manager, you will be responsible for filing our clients’ claims with different airlines and following in problematic cases. You will be providing ongoing claim management using our Claim Management software, communicating with both airlines and passengers. This position involves close work with our Legal Team and reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer.
